The guest wing will essentially be a 3B/2b/1l apartment, but the apartment opens into the great room, therefore disqualifying it from being an apartment. If someone that would visit me needs housing, then I will try to put them in one of the apartments on the 10th floor, and put their name on top of the appropriate list. This will allow me to have the guest wing for an actual guest. The guest wing will be completely furnished with all that you would expect to see. I will go into details of each room.
The guest wing will have its own network which will be 192.168.2.xxx and the SSID? being 4201-g. This will give access to resources as if you lived there without accidentally using my resources such as my printer. If I am not home for any reason, you would not get the print until I return. With that said, the network will be different for preventing such mix ups.
Bathrooms
The bathrooms will be ¾ bathrooms omitting the tub. There will be a water proof speaker to allow the person showering to listen to their phone’s content without threatening the phone. I will also provide a single blade razor in each bathroom in case one is needed. This will be the Leaf Shave twig razor which has worked out for me, so that is good, and I feel the guest will benefit from using it. I will always replace the blade after the guests leave the guest wing.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms will be furnished with everything you would need in a bedroom. You would get a bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, and a corner desk for your notebook PC. On the nightstand, there will be USB-C cables for charging the phone, and anything else. You should have enough outlets, and sockets to make things work out. The primary bedroom has an ensuite, and the other two bedrooms will share a bedroom. There will be no safes in the bedrooms, or office. This is because, this isn’t intended for permanent housing.
Great Room
A couch, 2 love seats, and a recliner along with a coffee table, and a 60″ TV using a 5.1 surround system. As for telephone service, I will imagine that the guests will have at least 1 cellular phone that they can use to make phone calls. With that said, there is no need to have a telephone line for the guest wing. If for some reason, there is no cellular service available, then I will allow the guest to use my apartment’s home phone (4201) to make phone calls. This will naturally show the apartment’s phone number rather than something that would be unique.
Kitchen
The kitchen will be a galley style kitchen. There will be an induction stove, and an electric oven. There will also be a dishwasher, and refrigerator. Since I don’t normally have overnight guests, we should work that out before you come to spend more than 1 night. This way, food can be stocked. Another option will be to eat with my family, or myself. The kitchen will have a single tub sink in the island that forms the separation of the kitchen from the great room. I will have all of the cookware for the induction range nonetheless.
Office
The office will have a desk, and a printer next to the desk. It will be smaller, and not too fancy. The door will not be unlocked, which means anyone can go into the office to acquire pages they print. Since there is a single laser printer in the guest wing’s office/den, this will allow for prints to be made without requiring my intervention. This is more efficient than needing me to bring you the printed pages.
