The water room will be where the water lines will come in at. There will be manifolds for the sprinkler system, and other pipes. The hot water will be produced by a tankless hot water system. The hot water system will be all electric therefore providing for the resources even in a power outage thanks to the solar panels. All of the potable water will be go through a filtering system to clean the water beyond the standards the water provider sets. The gray pipes will be for the grey water system which will go to toilets, and direct to root watering system. Obviously, if not enough grey water, then clean water will be used which is what is happening in most homes anyways.
