Basically a toilet and a sink. Not much beyond that. The lavatory will be accessible from the great room, and will allow someone to use the toilet without having to go to the Upper Level to use it. This is especially good for young children that may not have the bladder muscle to hold in their urine. The lavatory will have a plunger for when the toilet is stuffed up, and a space for a few rolls of extra toilet paper. I would appreciate that anyone who uses the last roll to let me know there needs to be more toilet paper.
There will be 2 lavatories. One will be adjacent to the great room, and allow for anyone that would need to use the toilet to that one. The second will be in the den/office – therefore allowing me to do the work I need to do without having to leave the den/office. This could be important if I had a lot of work that must be done, even though I won’t see the need to have the lavatory in the den. Still, it will be useful if the need arose.
