While not tenchnically a floor, there are things going on the roofs of both the penthouse, and the pool house’s roof. However, they don’t warrant more than just this page to discuss. The roofs are simple and to the point. Since I have large outdoor space, it’s not like there needs to be outdoor space on the roof which would have been the alternative.
The roofs will have solar panels, and solar tube lighting systems. The panels are intended to genrate electricity, and the solar tube lights are intended to bring natural sunlight in a space that has no windows. This will include the pool, but also closets, office, halls, bathrooms, and lavatories. There will not be enough solar tube lights to support everything, so the lower floor’s spaces will not get them. This is a shame as I feel the lights will do wonders for the spaces.
