M is Main Level. This is where all of the happenings go on. This will consists of the great room, kitchen, office, lavatory, guest wing, and dining area. With that said, there will be some commonalities. All floors are bamboo. This is like wood planks, but more environmentally sound. There will be a cent vac system which you would sweep the dust and dirt with a broom to one of the cent vac vents, and sweep it in the vent, turn on for a minute, and then turn off. Much easier than using a big and bulky vacuum cleaner everywhere. The main floor is the 42nd floor, and the highest level the public elevators can go assuming they have the digital key to select the floor. I can choose to turn off access and turn it on. I have it set on schedule. From 7AM – 7PM, the elevator will go to the 42nd floor. You would just select the floor and wait. From 7PM – 7AM, the floor is locked unless you have a digital key that would give you such privileges to go to the floor. This is designed for privacy. At the apartment door, there will be a door bell which can ring in the great room, and since it is an open concept, that door bell chime will sound throughout the apartment’s main area. Assuming there are no Senitrus Computers, I will be focused in the Apple Ecosystem, and will get a door bell that supports Home Kit. If there are a Senitrus Computers, then I will look for one that supports Senitrus Home Automation. As with all of the apartments, there will be a digital key system to unlock the door. This is for the safety and security more than a cost savings.
