There will be two 3B/2b/1l apartments for the servants. Each apartment will have a dedicated home phone which will use the realty’s phone network. The servants will have free laundry, and will be able to have the entire apartment to run during a power outage. This is because being on floor 41, the solar panels will provide for some of the electricity. The servants will also have an electric fireplace. While not a real fire, it will hopefully be a good facsimile of a fire. The good thing is no chimney will be required.
If the servant qualifies for subsidized housing, they can take a subsidized unit, but will not gain some of the features that have just been noted. Their laundry machines will be pay machines. The electrical system will support appliances, and 1 outlet per room. These are restrictive when compared to the servants’ apartments. However, if they are receiving subsidized rent, their portion will be their modified rent – $1,185. This means there is a good chance that their rent is free. This might negate the issues that living in subsidized housing will cause.
