Outdoor Space

There will be outdoor spaces for everyone to enjoy. There is a private space accessible only through the primary bedroom. The other spaces are available to everyone. The exception to that will be the pool which will require an adult in the family to provide access to younger children. The spaces are as follows:

Dog’s Lavatory

Dogs are living creatures, and as living creatures, they need to defecate. I will train the dogs to go into a particular fenced in area so they can keep their feces in one easy to find place, and therefore make it much easier for me to clean out the space. The dogs will not be allowed to defiecate in the yard space, and they will immediately go inside rather than enjoying the outoors. The dog’s lavatory will be concrete, and will have in ground radiant heating for the winters. This will make it easier to clean up when there would otherwise be snow covering the feces, and make it possible for me to step in it which is the whole point on teaching them to go in particular space of the outdoors.

Patio

There will be a cobblestone space that would be able to be covered to reduce the high sun, and avoid the rain. There will also be a propane grill for cooking outside. Since I will be 42 floors high, I am confident that no one would be complaining that they can smell my cookout. Personally, I won’t use the grill if it is just me. There is no point in that matter.

Private Space

On the roof of the guest wing will be a space for me to enjoy outside in the middle of the night without me having to worry about going to the Main floor. This space will have 2 anchored chairs and a small round table that I will be able to go outside to from the primary bedroom. I am sure bedrooms 2-3 widows will be able to see the flat roof above the guest wing, so that is why it isn’t completely private.

Yard

Between the patio, and the indoor pool, there will be a grass yard. The yard will have direct to root watering system from the building’s grey water system. This will reuse water for a good purpose. When it starts to get too cold, the watering lines will be closed off, and the water in the lines expelled so they don’t freeze. During the non winter months, the yard will be used with a robot lawn mower to cut the grass. I will not rake up the grass as the grass can act like a sense of a fertilizer, and reduce the need to buy that.
