There will be pairs of machines. This will be one washer, and one dryer that would form a pair. While I personally just throw all of my clothes in mixing whites with blacks, I use hot water to wash, and dry on high, and all of my clothes turns out just fine. I will continue to do that, and since all of my clothing, bath, and other fabrics will be all black, this will allow me to have a single color that would allow me to just pick what’s on top. The laundry room will have High Efficiency laundry soap, which will go into the machine before turning on. The clothes will get loaded, and wash begins. Once washing is done (45 minutes), then the clothes will go into the dryer. Once the dry is finished (60 minutes), the clothes will have to get removed, and taken by the owner.
There will be 2 single load pairs, and 3 double load pairs. The servants will have their own single load machines which will means they won’t have to use the penthouse’s machines. I won’t complain if they need to use my double load machines as long as they know that the penthouse’s laundry takes priority. Unlike the other machines on floors 7-40 which are paid machines, these machines will still be commercial grade, but will not require payments to use them.
